A child’s horoscope is probably one of the best tools for understanding a child and finding a unique approach to their upbringing and development. This type of astrological reading can be helpful both during the early stages of a child’s life—to “get to know” your child—and during times when they’re facing difficulties, in order to help them through, as well as for teenagers who are searching for their own path.

One time, a mother on the playground confidently explained to me that children are absolutely blank canvas. That whatever we put into them is what we’ll get out. Her child, of course, was perfect: slept well, ate on schedule, listened to everything, and was destined for a Nobel Prize and a happy family life—thanks solely to her parenting efforts. I didn’t argue. The role of parents in a child’s development cannot be overstated. But the “canvas” we receive are far from being blank.
I have four children, and I can’t name even three character traits they all share. They are four completely different magical worlds. They’ve been different from the very first days of life. And sometimes I even feel like they have different mothers—so differently they react to the same words, and so differently I myself respond to similar situations with each of them.
So, based on personal experience: there’s no such thing as a universal parenting technique. Yes, there are general principles, everyone needs something of their own. Of course, I do a lot intuitively, but knowing the natal charts (birth horoscopes) of my children also helps me. My own kids were my very first clients. Astrology makes it possible to find a unique approach to each child, to understand what will help them become independent, confident, and simply happy.

- what pace your child develops at, and when key turning points in their life may occur (which don’t always line up with traditional milestones like graduation)
When we have all this information, it becomes easier to let the child be who they are—to accept their uniqueness and support what inspires and fulfills them.
