Mercury is retrograde from 2 to 25 April 2024 (plus a day from each side for my favourite stationary phase).
What happens during Mercury retrograde?
If…
- … you are dealing with information services, trade, all means of communication and transport, be particularly careful – there may be non-standard errors, false information, difficulties in keeping agreements, loss of data, communication, failure of equipment.
- … you are in the middle of negotiation – make sure that both parties understand each other correctly. Better repeat twice than accumulate misunderstandings.
- … you are starting a new job – be prepared for significant changes in the agreed terms (working conditions, responsibilities, payment).
- … you are starting a new project – be prepared for constant revisions and reworking, or better yet, wait until the Mercury retrograde period is over.
- … you are going on a journey or moving house – prepare (at least mentally) for possible delays, schedule changes, and planning errors.
- … you are signing a contract or making a verbal agreement – it may be renegotiated in the near future or sloppily executed by the parties.
- … you are buying equipment or appliances – wait until after Mercury has retrograded, as there is a high probability of rapid and/or regular breakdowns. Mercury is generally very tricky, as equipment often breaks down during these periods and we are forced to buy something new to replace it. Tip: repair the old, rent, buy used, but try not to purchase anything new – then you have a better chance of not having the same problem the next retro period.
- … you keep all important documents electronically – make your backup.
- … it’s been a while since you’ve sorted through your paperwork – it’s time to do it, throw away the excess and make sure all the important documents are in place.
- … you have to submit documents, articles, scientific research for review or publication – there is a high probability that these documents will be returned to you (permanently or for revision).
- … you have found new friends – they can help you see things from an unusual angle.
- … you have not completed some projects – now you have a great opportunity to do it (but it is better to bring them to light after Mercury is direct).
- … you have made mistakes in life (who didn’t?) – it’s time to work on correcting them – circumstances are favourable, cause-and-effect correlations are becoming clear.
- … you have met old acquaintances – listen carefully, because the important information we missed before is now coming to us from the past.
- … you were born during Mercury retrograde – this is your time and you can easily avoid many of the difficulties of this period.
- … you haven’t had a rest for a while, have it now!
And breathe slowly. It’s been proven to help 🙂
